IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Orders and Returns Policy is incorporated into and governed by our complete Terms and Conditions. By placing an order or requesting a return, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both this Policy and our complete Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Introduction

At Laturine LLC (d/b/a Miami Closets Express), we prioritize quality and craftsmanship in our custom closets and invisible doors. We ensure customer satisfaction by using premium USA-sourced materials and reliable suppliers.

Product Categories and Return Eligibility

Custom Closet Orders

All closet products are custom-manufactured to Customer specifications, including but not limited to:

  • Walk-in closets designed to customer dimensions and preferences;
  • Reach-in closets with custom shelving and organization systems;
  • Custom closet configurations with specified finishes, materials, and hardware;
  • Any product with customer-specified dimensions, materials, or features.

Return Eligibility: CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED once production begins. These are final sale items.

Special Order Products — Invisible Doors

Invisible door products are special order items manufactured overseas to customer specifications, including custom dimensions, finishes (natural veneer or PVC tape), and hardware configurations.

Return Eligibility: CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. These are final sale items.

Payment Structure

Closet Orders

  • Deposit (50%): Due upon acceptance of quote, before production begins.
  • Balance (50%): Due upon notification of readiness and BEFORE delivery to Customer.

Invisible Door Orders

  • Deposit (70%): Due upon acceptance of quote, before order is placed with manufacturer.
  • Balance (30%): Due upon arrival of doors at our warehouse, before delivery to Customer.

Order Process

Step 1: Consultation

Contact us via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our website form. We'll discuss your project, take measurements (for closets), and help you select materials and finishes.

Step 2: Quote and Approval

We provide a detailed written quote valid for 10 business days. Customer reviews and provides written approval to proceed.

Step 3: Deposit Payment

Customer pays the required deposit (50% for closets, 70% for invisible doors). Production/ordering begins only after deposit is received and cleared.

Step 4: Production

For closets: 7–14 business days for standard sizes (subject to material availability). For invisible doors: 2–3 months (special order from manufacturer).

Step 5: Balance Payment and Delivery

Upon completion/arrival, we notify Customer. Remaining balance must be paid BEFORE delivery is scheduled.

Delivery and Inspection

Inspection Upon Delivery — Critical

Customer MUST inspect all items at time of delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be noted on delivery receipt and photographed immediately. Claims for visible damage or missing items will NOT be accepted after delivery is complete.

Hidden Defects

For defects not visible during delivery inspection, Customer must notify Company within five (5) business days of delivery with photographic evidence. After this period, products are deemed accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins

Customer may cancel and receive a refund of deposit minus any non-refundable design fee. Cancellation must be in writing.

After Production Begins

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Customer remains liable for full contract price. Company reserves the right to pursue collection of outstanding amounts.

Invisible Doors — After Order Placed

Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, the 70% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect — phone: (321) 488-2353 or email: [email protected]
  • Step 2: Provide your order number, description of the defect, and photographic evidence.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
  • Step 4: If approved, Company will repair or replace the defective product at Company's discretion.

Refund Methods

Where applicable, refunds will be processed within four (4) weeks via the original payment method. All refunds are subject to applicable restocking or cancellation fees as outlined in this policy and our Terms and Conditions.
